1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 9 years and older, in accordance with Apple's App Store age rating. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1.2 No User Accounts

Eating30 does not require you to create a user account. There is no registration, email login, or password-based authentication.

App data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced via your personal iCloud account.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the App's functionality.

2. App Content and Ownership

The App, including its design, features, text, graphics, and functionality, is the exclusive property of NoBigApps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

NoBigApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Data

You may enter personal information into the App (such as food logs, notes, or preferences) solely for your own use.

• All such data is private by default
• It is not shared with other users
• It is not accessed, reviewed, or reused by NoBigApps

You may export your own data using features provided within the App. NoBigApps does not claim ownership over your data and does not collect or distribute it.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Eating30 provides access to premium features through:

• Auto-renewing subscriptions (including an option with a free trial)
• A one-time in-app purchase

All payment options provide the same full access to premium features.

Payments are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. NoBigApps does not receive or store payment details.

5. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

Eating30 is intended for informational and self-tracking purposes only.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any nutrition-related information, statistics, or product data shown in the App — including data obtained via barcode scanning — is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional or medical advice.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, nutrition, or lifestyle, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Barcode Scanning and Third-Party Data

Eating30 includes a barcode scanning feature that retrieves product information from Open Food Facts, an open, community-driven food database.

Product names, ingredients, and nutritional information displayed through this feature are provided by Open Food Facts and its contributors. NoBigApps does not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of this data.

Open Food Facts data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You should always verify product information directly on product packaging or with the manufacturer, particularly if accuracy is important for health or allergy-related reasons.

Use of Open Food Facts data is subject to their own terms and licensing policies.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including features or availability, without liability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if the App is misused, to the extent technically feasible without user accounts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. NoBigApps makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBigApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect when posted with an updated date.
